Our History
Prudential Karam & Simon Realty was founded in 1973 by Elias J. Karam and John G. Simon, Jr. The company built its foundation in the real estate industry on personalized and dependable service to its customers.
In September 2001, the ownership was transferred to Leslee Salhany and Paul Simon. Leslee and Paul have over 30 years of combined real estate experience. Locally owned and operated,Prudential Karam & Simon Realty built the foundation of the real estate business on personalized, dependable service to its customers and clients.
The service area consists of a five county region: Summit, Portage, Stark, Medina, and Cuyahoga. The company is a member of the local, Ohio, and National Board of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Services in order to offer comprehensive service to buyers and sellers.
The company joined Prudential® Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc. (“Prudential”) in December of 2001. With the addition of Prudentials pre-sold image, state-of-the-art service and technology and unmatched relocation service, our agents have the very best real estate system available. Prudential serves customer relocation needs both nationally and internationally. Prudential brokers throughout the United States are encouraged to refer their clients to us. We offer a referral fee upon closing.
