The Aurora City School District is one of only 25 Ohio school districts that have been recognized by the College Boards for expanding Advanced Placement (AP) exam access while maintaining or improving the rate students earn college credit for passing the exams. Aurora City Schools Academic Office provides leadership in the development, implementation and coordination of the district’s preschool-12 standards-based education and research-based educational practices that impact student learning. The Aurora City School District has always taken the responsibility of being a good steward of taxpayer funding with the utmost priority and care.
